Cultural Learning Center Committee Outline 

Purpose:
The Cultural Learning Center at Lord's Glory Off-Grid Community is all about respect and understanding for diverse cultures.  Teachings moral values derived from the Holy Bible, will be the template that is used.  This committee will develop programs that explore global traditions and cultural practices, emphasizing common values like kindness, integrity, humility, and community.

Committee Structure

1. Chairperson: Oversees all committee activities, ensures alignment with biblical principles, and promotes an inclusive learning environment.
2. Cultural Research Coordinators: Responsible for researching different cultures, preparing educational materials, and highlighting cultural traditions that align with biblical values.
3. Outreach & Engagement Coordinator: Connects with community members and other cultural groups, organizing events, workshops, and guest speakers.
4. Education & Curriculum Development Team: Designs lesson plans, creates engaging materials, and develops activities that explore morals within a biblical framework.

Primary Objectives

1. Research and Education: Identify key cultural values and practices from around the world that relate to biblical teachings, such as respect, compassion, and stewardship.
2. Biblical Integration: Develop sessions that connect cultural practices to biblical principles, using scripture to illustrate universal morals.
3. Community Engagement: Host monthly workshops, discussion groups, and cultural events that encourage participation and learning.
4. Resource Development: Create guides, reading materials, and visual aids that simplify complex cultural topics for all ages.

Sample Activities

• Monthly Cultural Spotlights: Focus on a specific culture each month, exploring its traditions, values, and similarities to biblical morals.
• Values in Action Projects: Organize community service projects reflecting cultural and biblical values, such as humility and generosity.
• Intercultural Dialogues: Facilitate open discussions that promote understanding and respect.
