How to Handle the One Percenters
It’s a simple truth: the people at the top—the so-called “one percent”—only hold the power they have because the people beneath them allow it. Power is not inherent; it’s granted. Every dollar we spend, every service we use, and every product we buy reinforces their influence. But that same power can also be withdrawn. |

It Started During The Civil Rights Movement
During the Civil Rights Movement, everyday people understood the principle of "Boycott". When businesses or institutions disrespected the community or failed to treat people fairly, the people responded with unity and strategy. They boycotted—they refused to spend money where they were not respected or treated equally. AND IT WORKED. Boycotts forced major companies and government systems to recognize the economic strength of a united people. |

Don't Become A Slave to The System
Today, that powerful strategy has been largely forgotten. Many have lost sight of how collective economic action can bring about real change. Instead, we complain about prices, injustice, and exploitation, while still handing our money to the very corporations that take advantage of us everyday. It's time to stand up for what you believe in. It's your right to not be disrespected anymore. Enough is enough! |

All Christians Must Stand Together
But nothing has really changed—except our willingness to not stand together and fight for what we believe in. Christians, especially, hold immense collective buying power. If we act in unity and purpose, we can shift entire markets and policies simply by choosing where—and where not—to spend our money. It's your money, you worked for it. |

The Choice Is Yours To Make
If a company like Walgreens, for example, inflates prices or disrespects the values of the community, we have both the right and the responsibility to say “enough.” We are not powerless consumers; we are the very foundation that keeps these corporations in operation. Every purchase we make is a vote of approval for their business practices. When prices are unfair, when the community is ignored, or when companies prioritize profit over people, it’s our duty to withdraw that approval. |

It really is that simple. When we come together as one body, we remind the powerful that our cooperation is their lifeline. Unity, discipline, and shared purpose are still the most effective weapons against economic injustice and corporate greed. The one percent only win when we forget who we are.
